Jesus’ story of the Good Samaritan set in a modern-day context.
Dylan Trahan is on his way to worship services when a major car accident threatens his life. Numerous people stop–some from his own congregation–but most move on. They have their reasons, but because of those reasons, Dylan is left stranded with little hope of rescue.
That is, until the most unlikely figure stops to help out. Not only does this person aid with getting Dylan to safety, he makes a promise not to leave his side until he ensures everything is taken care of and Dylan is okay. No matter what the cost.
